## Resolution

Your company needs to meet two requirements to be exempt from paying **Transaction Service** fees:

1. Have one of the following certifications uploaded to your **company profile**:
   - **HUBZone Certified** or **8(a) Certified**
   - **Small Disadvantaged Business** (SDB) registered with the Small Business Administration
   - **Women-Owned Business** certified by WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise National Council) or **NWBOC** (National Women Business Owner's Corporation)
   - **Minority-Owned Business** certified by NMSDC or **Small Disadvantaged Business** (SDB) registered with the Small Business Administration
2. Your customer in Ariba needs a public institution related to the following:
   - Federal government
   - State government or state universities
   - Local government
