Where can I access Ariba's current Terms of Use?

If you're a supplier in SAP Business Network, you can access Ariba's Terms of Use at the bottom right of every page on SAP Business Network. Click the Terms of Use link to access the Ariba Terms Center.

For buyers and suppliers, it is possible to view the Terms of Use for SAP websites in the Help Center, under the Terms of Use link in the bottom of the page.
