## Symptom

How do I remove an optional subscription package?

## Resolution

To remove optional packages from your subscription invoice:

1. In the upper-right corner of the application, click **\[Initials\]** > **Service Subscriptions**.
2. You will be navigated to the **Subscriptions** tab, as shown by the blue highlight over the word Subscriptions at the top of the page.
3. In line with the optional subscription line, click the **trash can** icon.
4. You will see a pop-up alerting you that you are cancelling your subscription. Click **Confirm** if you wish to proceed.

Your subscription will be cancelled. Depending on the subscription, you may not be entitled to a refund if it is a prepaid subscription.
