## Symptom

How are Transaction Service fees capped on SAP Business Network?

## Resolution

Fees for **Transaction Service** are capped at $20,000 USD per year, per customer relationship. If you have multiple high-volume customers that all reach the fee-cap level, you pay $20,000 USD per year in fees for each customer that you have.

If you are currently enrolled in multi-org billing:

- Fee caps are considered across the parent and all child accounts as if it were one relationship.  
    
  Example**:** If the parent account caps with Customer A at $20K and two of its child accounts also cap at $20K with Customer A, Ariba credits the two child accounts in full since the parent is already capped.
