The Data Dictionary is a Microsoft Excel workbook that contains detailed descriptions of the data import and export tasks available for your Ariba System, along with information about the structure of the comma-separated values(CSV) files you can import and export.

This information includes the Column Names, what values they accept, and to what fields they are referring to in the system.

Refer to the Data Dictionary when structuring or entering data in CSV files and running data import tasks.

You can download the Data Dictionary by following below steps:

1. Login to the realm > Manage > Core Administration
2. Go to Site Manager > Data Import/Export
3. Click on Download Data Dictionary.
