Error: "There has been an issue connecting to the Sourcing Server. Please try to connect to the service later", while migrating to the cloud.
The below steps might customer and supplier have followed for the above cause:
- Buyer created a private supplier account.
- Sent Password Reset email to supplier.
- Supplier clicked on the link in the email they received.
- On the Welcome page, click Continue.
- Received the above error message.
The problem is an incorrect supplier, private user id. The user id was created by importing third-party data which ends up in a space in between the user id.
- Deactivate the problematic supplier account because you cannot modify the user name once it is created.
- Create a new id for user without a space and without any special characters.
- Send the password reset email. Now, the supplier can migrate successfully.
