# How do I register with SAP Ariba Sourcing to participate in events?

## Symptom

- I want to participate in events, but I do not know how to register with SAP Ariba Sourcing.
- I received an event invitation email from a buyer, but I do not know how to create an account.
- I received an event invitation email from a buyer, but I am not sure how to access the event.

## Resolution

Once you receive an invitation from the buyer, follow the **Click here** link.

If you do not have an SAP Ariba account:

1. Click **Create a new account**.
2. Fill out all required fields (marked with an asterisk).
3. Click **Submit** in the bottom right corner.
   - If your company has other existing account(s) on SAP Ariba, a message box with two options will appear:
     - Click **Review** **accounts** to see potential existing accounts and contact the administrator of the account.
     - Click **Skip review** to create a new account if you are confident it is necessary.

If you already have an SAP Ariba account:

1. Click **Use an existing account**.
2. Enter your SAP Ariba login credentials.
3. Click **Continue** (do not press Enter on your keyboard).

If the buyer allows self-registration, go to the buyer’s company website and check if there is a **Register as a supplier** option. Alternatively, you can contact the company directly to request the supplier self-registration URL.
