# 错误：“用户已存在。请输入其他用户名。”

## 症状

当我尝试注册新帐户或创建新用户时收到以下错误消息。

错误： 用户已存在。请输入其他用户名。

## 原因

您之所以收到该消息是因为所输入的用户名已关联 SAP Business Network、SAP Business Network Discovery 或 Ariba Sourcing 供应商帐户。您仍可以注册新的用户帐户，但需要确保新用户名唯一，以满足系统的要求。

## 解决方法

SAP Business Network 要求所有用户名的格式与电子邮件地址相同，但不需要是有效的电子邮件地址。例如，假设您不能使用 example@ariba.com 作为用户名，请尝试使用 example1@ariba.com。
