A notification task does not automatically start, even though the Should Auto-Start Schedule option is enabled and the predecessor task already completed.

The Due Date does not populate on the contract workspace when you select the Days after parent phase starts radio button in a notification task. When the Due Date is blank, the notification task does not automatically start.

Or the due date and notifications conditions was already met, but the schedule task (Schedule Pending Email Notifications) that start and sends the notifications have not run yet. This tasks runs once a day according to KBA 3173797 - How do I speed up notification testing and force batch emails to send? in which you can find an estimation of the time to the task will run.

[期限] フィールドに入力するには、通知タスクで [期限] に対する特定の日付のフィールドを使用します。

1. [日付フィールドの選択] リンクをクリックします。
2. [親フェーズ] セクションを展開します。
3. [開始日] の横にある [選択] をクリックします。

この方法を利用する場合、親フェーズの開始後は、[期限] を特定の日数に設定できないことに注意してください。これを補うには、[通知日数] を調整します。

通知タスクの状況は [スケジュール済み] に変更されません。状況は [開始前] のままです。[期限] を設定したので、[期限] が経過した後の状況は、自動的に [スケジュール済み] に変更されます。

通知タスクの電子メール通知はリアルタイムでは行われません。先行タスクが完了し、[通知日数] が経過しても、通知はすぐに送信されません。すべての通知タスクの通知は、自動スケジュールされたタスクによって同時に処理されます。
