A notification task does not automatically start, even though the Should Auto-Start Schedule option is enabled and the predecessor task already completed.

The Due Date does not populate on the contract workspace when you select the Days after parent phase starts radio button in a notification task. When the Due Date is blank, the notification task does not automatically start.

Or the due date and notifications conditions was already met, but the schedule task (Schedule Pending Email Notifications) that start and sends the notifications have not run yet. La Fecha de vencimiento no se completa en el área de trabajo del contrato cuando selecciona el botón Días a partir del inicio de la fase primaria en una tarea de notificación. Cuando la Fecha de vencimiento está en blanco, la tarea de notificación no se inicia.

Para completar el campo Fecha de vencimiento, utilice un campo de fecha específico para la Fecha de vencimiento en la tarea de notificación:

1. Haga clic en el enlace Seleccionar campo de fecha.
2. Expanda la sección Fase primaria.
3. Haga clic en Seleccionar junto a Fecha de inicio.

Tenga en cuenta que con este método no puede configurar la Fecha de vencimiento para que sea un número determinado de días tras el inicio de la fase primaria. Ajuste los Días de notificación para compensarlo.

Si no ve que el status de la tarea de notificación cambie a Programada; permanece en status No iniciada. Como ha configurado una Fecha de vencimiento, el status cambia automáticamente a Programada tras la Fecha de vencimiento.

Las notificaciones de tarea por correo electrónico no se producen en tiempo real; no recibe las notificaciones en cuanto finaliza la tarea anterior y se cumplen los Días de notificación. Una tarea programada automática procesa las notificaciones para todas las tareas de notificación simultáneamente.
