# Fout: "Uw gebruikersaccount op de PunchIn-site van de klant is in afwachting van goedkeuring"

## Symptoom

One of my suppliers sees the following error when punching into our SAP Ariba Buying solution from their account on the SAP Business Network:

Error: Your user account on the customer's punchin site is pending approval. Try again later.

## Oorzaak

One of the following apply:

- You have not approved the supplier's User Profile (UP) request that was automatically generated in your SAP Ariba Buying solution
- The shared user or partitioned user is inactive for the associated supplier
- The supplier user in your SAP Ariba Buying solution application is missing the appropriate user groups

## Oplossing

**Probleem**

De volgende fout werd geretourneerd toen ik de site van mijn klant wilde gebruiken vanuit mijn Ariba Network-account:

Fout: Uw gebruikersaccount op de PunchIn-site van de klant is in afwachting van goedkeuring. Probeer het later opnieuw.

**Oorzaak**

De eerste keer dat u de site van uw klant wilt openen (bijvoorbeeld als u een contractfactuur wilt maken), wordt er een gebruikersprofiel gegenereerd in de Ariba Procurement-oplossing van uw klant. Uw klant moet uw gebruikersprofiel goedkeuren voordat u de site van de klant kunt gebruiken.

**Oplossing**

[Neem contact op met uw klant](https://support.ariba.com/item/view/106682) en vraag of deze uw gebruikersprofiel kan goedkeuren indien u 24 uur nadat u de foutmelding hebt ontvangen, nog steeds geen toegang hebt tot de site van de klant.
