# 오류: '귀사 사용자 계정이 고객의 PunchIn 사이트에서 승인 대기 중입니다.'

## 증상

One of my suppliers sees the following error when punching into our SAP Ariba Buying solution from their account on the SAP Business Network:

Error: Your user account on the customer's punchin site is pending approval. Try again later.

## 원인

One of the following apply:

- You have not approved the supplier's User Profile (UP) request that was automatically generated in your SAP Ariba Buying solution
- The shared user or partitioned user is inactive for the associated supplier
- The supplier user in your SAP Ariba Buying solution application is missing the appropriate user groups

## 해결

**문제**

내 Ariba Network 계정에서 내 고객의 사이트로 이동하면 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

오류: 귀사 사용자 계정이 고객의 PunchIn 사이트에서 승인 대기 중입니다. 나중에 다시 시도하십시오.

**원인**
