# エラー: 「顧客のパンチインサイトで、アカウントは承認待ちです」

## 症状

One of my suppliers sees the following error when punching into our SAP Ariba Buying solution from their account on the SAP Business Network:

Error: Your user account on the customer's punchin site is pending approval. Try again later.

## 原因

One of the following apply:

- You have not approved the supplier's User Profile (UP) request that was automatically generated in your SAP Ariba Buying solution
- The shared user or partitioned user is inactive for the associated supplier
- The supplier user in your SAP Ariba Buying solution application is missing the appropriate user groups

## 解決

**問題**

顧客のサイトに Ariba Network アカウントからパンチインすると以下のエラーが表示されます。

エラー: 顧客のパンチインサイトで、アカウントは承認待ちです。後で再試行してください。

**原因**

顧客のサイトに初めてアクセスしようとすると (契約請求書の作成など)、ユーザープロファイルが顧客の SAP Ariba Procurement ソリューションで生成されます。 顧客のサイトにアクセスできるようになるには、顧客がユーザープロファイルを承認する必要があります。

**ソリューション**
