Why is the Close PunchOut Catalog Shopping Session link missing while in a PunchOut Catalog?

Resolution

This issue results from the size of the logo loaded into the site.

A standard heading or banner appears at the top of the page during a PunchOut session where the site logo and user information resides. The standard Ariba logo has a height of 38 pixels. Using a taller image for the logo means that the banner must increase in height in order to accommodate the logo's height.

After the banner becomes too tall, the heading moves behind the PunchOut catalog page, forcing the Close PunchOut Catalog Shopping Session link behind the PunchOut catalog page, which hides it.

To resolve the issue, contact SAP Support to request an update to your organization's logo by attaching the new logo file with a reduced height.
