Import Remittance data was successful but no record was updated.
The customer reports that they are attempting to Import Remittance data using the Data Transfer Tool (DTT) and the job runs and completes. However, the files do not import into Ariba.
- Create a .zip file that contains both the Remittance.csv and RemittanceDetails.csv files to be imported.
- Place the .zip file in the location of the InDir (ensure it is the only file in the directory).
- Run the DTT Remittance Import job and observe that file import.
To verify that the remittance import was completed and the file was uploaded, navigate to:
- Core Administration > Data Import/Export.
- Click on the Import tab.
- Enter Remittance in the Task Name field.
- Click Search to display the search result.
- Click on the Completed link and verify that the correct number of records have been created.
One possible cause can be that the customer is not taking the two required files for Import Remittance, Remittance.csv and RemittanceDetails.csv. Instead, they might be placing them in one ZIP file.
