Can I schedule a report to be run automatically and emailed on a schedule?

You can schedule reports to run automatically and have them emailed to you on a schedule. You must log into your Ariba supplier account to initiate this process.

To enable automatic emailing based on scheduled reports, please follow these steps:

1. While in your Ariba supplier account, click Reports.
2. Click to select the bubble associated with the desired Report Name.
3. Click Edit.
4. If the Report Description fields within section 1 appear accurate, click Next.
5. Click Scheduled Report.
6. Complete the Start On & End On, Automatically Run, and Email Notification fields.
7. Click Next > Proceed to complete section 3 > Click Submit.
