Can I schedule a report to be run automatically and emailed on a schedule?

You can schedule reports to run automatically and have them emailed to you on a schedule. You must sign in to your SAP Business Network supplier account to initiate this process.

To enable automatic emailing based on scheduled reports:

1. While in your SAP Business Network supplier account, click Reports.
2. Select the desired report.
3. Click Edit.
4. If the Report Description fields within section 1 appear accurate, click Next.
5. Click Scheduled Report.
6. Complete the Start On & End On, Automatically Run, and Email Notification fields.
7. Click Next > Proceed to complete section 3 > Click Submit.
