How do I increase the number of background reports allowed per user and for the entire site?

会社の指定サポート担当者 (DSC) の誰かが、Ariba カスタマサポートに連絡して、以下の 2 つのパラメータのいずれかに対する変更を依頼する必要があります。

パフォーマンス上の理由から、バックグラウンドレポートの数は全体で 30 を超えないようにしてください。通常の設定では、ユーザー 1 人あたり 4 バックグラウンドレポート、サイト全体では合計 20 バックグラウンドレポートが許可されています。

パラメータ設定に違反するバックグラウンドレポートをスケジュールしようとすると、以下のエラーメッセージが表示される場合があります。

Users might receive the following error message if they try to schedule a background report that violates the parameter settings:

You cannot schedule a new background report because the total number of scheduled background reports for all users has reached the maximum of [#] allowed. Please contact your site administrator.
