How do I adjust grades for consensus in Events?
The following describes what appears on the SAP Ariba Adjust Grades for Consensus .
At first, the system displays the Grades given by each of the Team Graders. This process enables the Project Owner to Adjust Grades for Consensus. The average of the Grades given by the Team Graders displays at the top of that item or section, which represents the consensus average.
If the consensus average differs from the adjusted consensus, the two numbers display separately, with the non-adjusted consensus grade in parenthesis. If the consensus average matches the adjusted consensus, only one number displays and nothing appears in parenthesis for that item or section as shown.
The adjusted and non-adjusted consensus grade totals display at the top of each section. Each section displays an assigned weight with which to calculate the total weighted average.
For more information, please review the documentation on Reviewing and Adjusting the Consensus Grade.
