# (SBN on BTP) How do I update my administrator account information as a supplier on SAP Business Network?

## Symptom

How do I update my administrator account information as a supplier on SAP Business Network?

## Environment

SAP Business Network

## Resolution

You may update your administrator account information(username, email, name, etc.) using the below steps:

1. Login as the administrator in to your [SAP ARIBA Supplier Account](https://service.ariba.com/Supplier.aw/109525058/aw?awh=r&awssk=Zpv7g01K&dard=1)
2. Click **\[User Initials\]** in the upper-right corner
3. Click on the **Settings** option
4. Click on the **User Account** in the **User Preferences** section
5. Click on **Edit.** On the **User Account** page under the **Account Information**, **Preferences** and **Contact Information** section update the information and make sure all the required fields are filled in.
6. Click **Save**.

If you have updated the **Email Address** field, you will receive a confirmation email to the updated email address with the subject line: **Confirmation of your Updated Email Address**. Click on the included link to confirm your updated email address. The link will expire in 72 hours.
