How do I control who can view my company profile information?

To hide your account in searches, you can change the visibility of your company profile with the following steps:

1. Click [User Initials] in the top right corner of your home page
2. Click Company Profile from the drop-down menu.
3. Click the drop down arrow next to Settings > Search Results Visibility.
4. Click Edit on the right side of the section.
5. Uncheck the option Show my profile in search results.
6. Click Save

Be sure to check each Visibility section and be sure to update according to your preferences.

Allowing SAP Business Network and SAP Business Network Discovery buyers to search for your account might result in increased leads. Additionally, this permits buyers to request a relationship with your company more easily. If your profile is hidden, Ariba Buyers will have a harder time sending you an invitation to connect as your profile will not be as visible.
