Why are event messages not being sent to a supplier of my sourcing event?
The supplier has not yet clicked I accept to the Bidder Agreement within Prerequisites of the event checklist.
You can as well send messages to all participants, regardless of their acceptance of the agreement. However, messages sent before a supplier accepts the agreement are not automatically sent after acceptance.
Additionally, invitation messages sent when an event is published do not require the supplier to accept the bidder agreement.
