如果在显示 Ariba Web 页面时遇到问题，请尝试将 [https://\*.ariba.com](https://*.ariba.com) 添加到 Internet Explorer 中的受信任站点列表：

1. 从 Internet Explorer 浏览器菜单转到 **工具** ![](https://support.ariba.com/images_RTE/962635e9580b1ba57bimage_3190704321586856112757.png) > Internet **选项** 。
2. 转到**安全**标签。
3. 选择**受信任的站点**图标。
4. 单击**站点**按钮。
5. 输入 [https://\*.ariba.com](https://*.ariba.com) 并单击**添加**。
6. 单击**关闭** > **确定**。

将站点添加到受信任后，重新启动浏览器（确保关闭所有浏览器窗口）。
