How to create new user roles

Resolution

To create a new user role:

  1. Sign in to your supplier account
  2. Click Admin Configuration (gear icon) > User Role > New
  3. Enter a Name > select All Accounts or User’s Account for View Procurement Data
    • This can potentially limit visibility in the tool for the users to whom this user role is assigned, to only those client sites that you designate
  4. Tick the checkbox for the permissions this role will have access to > Add

Once the user role is added, it can be selected on any user’s profile
