# How can a buyer reopen a closed worker?

## Symptom

I want to reopen a worker in Closed status

## Resolution

1. Sign into your account
2. Click **View** > **Worker**
3. Select the ID of the worker in question
4. Click **Reopen** > enter comments > **Reopen**
5. If you do not see the reopen option, you must contact the Program Management Office (PMO) to request they reopen the worker for you
