# How to get help with W2 form and payment enquiries

## Symptom

- I need my W2 form — where can I get it?
- Where do I get a copy of my earnings statement or pay stub?
- How can I request tax forms?
- Who handles payroll and payment questions for SAP Fieldglass workers?
- How do I find out about my payment date or direct deposit?

## Cause

- Timesheets are entered in SAP Fieldglass. However, payroll is processed and paid by the staffing agency in their own systems — this information is not available in SAP Fieldglass.
- Only your staffing agency handles payroll and any related questions, including payment information and W2 forms.

## Resolution

SAP Fieldglass is a vendor management system (VMS) used to track time and manage contingent worker engagements. It does not generate, process, or distribute payment information, pay stubs, or tax forms such as W2s.

For all payment-related questions — including payroll timing, direct deposit, earnings statements, and W2 forms — contact your staffing agency directly. The staffing agency that placed you on the engagement is responsible for your payroll and for issuing your tax forms.

If you are unsure how to reach your staffing agency, try the following:

- Check your original offer letter or onboarding documentation
- Ask your direct manager at the company you work at
- Contact SAP Fieldglass Support to request your staffing agency's contact details

When contacting your staffing agency, have your full name, engagement dates, and the name of the company you worked at ready to help them locate your records.
