# My worker account is disabled

## Symptom

- My account is currently disabled
- The 'Need Sign in Assistance?' bot indicates I should contact an SAP Fieldglass representative for assistance
- Error: *You have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts. Please contact your Administrator or Supervisor to reactivate your account*

## Resolution

###### Submit a case to get support from SAP Fieldglass:

1. Include the following information to speed resolution time:
   1. Your **username**
   2. Your **email address** on file
   3. Your **first** and **last name**
   4. The name of the **buyer company** you work for
2. If you do not know any of the required details, such as your username, due to security reasons please contact your hiring agency, as they can provide the information to you.
