Feature: 2608 Readiness Feature Preview:Support Multi-tier Collaboration for Scheduling Agreement(SBNI-2623)

Description: This feature enables the end-to-end transmission of multi-tier Scheduling Agreements from SAP S/4HANA to SAP Business Network (SBN) through the Managed Gateway for Spend Management and SAP Business Network, including support for the Copy Supplier (CpySuplr) partner function.
