	General Features - 2601 Service Pack
	Feature Name and Description
	Collaborative Maintenance Process Customizable date range filters in Work Orders and Notifications enable flexible, precise filtering beyond fixed presets. Use this to tailor searches by any timeframe, improving data accuracy and relevance for better task management and reporting.
	Enhanced Document Search for Equipment based on Attribute Values The Advanced Search button in the Documents section of the equipment object page enables you to access a pre-filtered search page showing all documents related to specific equipment. This feature is useful for quickly locating relevant documents and allows further refinement of the results with additional attribute-based filters.

	General Features - 2602 Service Pack
	Feature Name and Description
	New Public Events for Documents Public events are now made available to support custom states in Documents.
	VDI 2770 Metadata Support for Documents  Industry-standard metadata framework enabling document classification and management according to VDI 2770 specifications is now supported. This feature allows users to organize, search, and filter technical documentation using standardized attributes and nested structures, facilitating seamless document handover between trading partners.
	Application Settings - Custom States You can define custom states for documents that are specific to your organization. Custom states are not shared when the document is shared.
	Documents - Custom State A new field Custom State is now available in the header section. With custom states and workflows, you can implement tailored processes - such as review, approval, or access control for documents in SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration.You can use this feature to enforce governance workflows and ensure only validated documents are accessible to operational users, improving compliance and audit readiness.In the Model Request, currently you could only assign models of type equipment and functional location.The new feature allows you to assign models of type spare parts as well.In this way, the proactive request for spare parts is enabled, enhancing collaborative asset definition and maintenance processes.
	Import Data - VDI 2770 Container Import: Document Creation and Assignment  When you import VDI 2770 containers, the documents in SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration are automatically generated from the documentations in the container. If the relevant model or equipment are already available in SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration, the documents are automatically assigned to them. In case the objects do not exist, they are automatically created in SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration and documents are assigned to them.This feature enables seamless ingestion of equipment and model documentation from manufacturers, automatically creating or linking technical objects and documents in SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration while maintaining compliance with process industry standards for asset information exchange.
	Network Spatial Services With 2602, the Network Spatial Service feature is deprecated.

	General Features - 2603 Service Pack
	Feature Name and Description
	Equipment Request - Confirm equipment items individually in your Equipment Request You can now confirm each equipment item separately instead of waiting to confirm the entire request. When you confirm an item, the system automatically assigns the parent object, service provider, SAP ERP system, and equipment category type for that item. This helps you move forwardfaster when some items are ready before others. You can still close the complete Equipment Request when you're done. If an item needs corrections, create an Improvement Request for the provider to fix it. If you're not satisfied with an item, you can reject it so the provider can assign different equipment.
	Requests You can now create requests for functional locations as well.
	Equipment New fields added in the Equipment object page:   * Purchase Order Item in the Operation Information section   * Sales Order Item in the Manufacturer Information section
	Requests Five new additional columns have been added to the Equipment Request request type,under the Equipment tab. To view more columns, select More. In the New Request dialog,under Request Type,you can see a new request type, called Functional Location Request.
	Document - Multi-Language Document Support with Primary Language Multi-language support at the Document level with mandatory primary language designation. This enables compliance with modern standards (VDI 2770, AAS) and also during SAP ERP Document Info Record integration by explicitly identifying which language should be used as the primary language. APIs are also enhanced for the same.
	Model to Material Synchronization from SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration to Connected ERP System This feature synchronizes model to material in a single connected ERP system. You can synchronize the data when creating the model by providing the relevant ERP system details. Alternatively, you can choose not to synchronize the data during model creation but still provide the ERP system details. The system saves these details so you can edit them later and trigger synchronization when needed. You can also skip both synchronization and ERP system details during model creation and add this information later when you're ready to synchronize. This feature gives you the flexibility to maintain ERP-relevant fields and initiate synchronization when it suits your workflow, helping you manage model details efficiently. For shared models (with either READ or WRITE access), you can select the SAP ERP system, Material Type, Material Group, and Industry Sector. You can also maintain the optional Proposed ERP ID and synchronize to ERP. Synchronization of model classification to the material classification occurs from SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration to a connected ERP system. The assigned documents to the model will also be synchronized to the material documents in the connected ERP system.		Feature Overview	Model Sync Shared Model Sync
	Automated Script for SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration to ERP Classification Import The automated ABAP script now facilitates the import of SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration classification into the associated ERP system, streamlining the process for operators. This feature supports the integration of SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration classifications and AAS-specific Global Templates into ERP, addressing a long-standing need for efficient template inbounding.
	Maintaining Domains for Your Organization Domains are maintained for Invitees and External Organization as well. Meaning, domains for external organizations of premiums and basics are now supported. Domains for invitees are supported too.
	Time Measurements for Work Order Operations Time measurements for work order operations have now been harmonized to reflect time consistently, both in the ERP system, as well as in SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration.
	Filter Work Orders Based on Planner Group and Plant You can now filter work orders based on planner group and planning plant.The planner group field has been added to the ERP Information tab of the work order object page.
