Establish a harmonized tracking experience in SAP Business Network for Logistics. As of now, capabilities are distributed amongst SAP Business Network Freight Collaboration (FC) - Order Management and Dock Appointment Scheduling – and SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace (GTT).In future, there will be a central table for tracking information and a common look and feel for manual event reporting via Web UI in the new ‘Manage Freight Execution’ application. Tracking scenarios supported through FC are clearly distinct from the ones supported in GTT (see slide 4).The current apps ‘Track Freight Movement’ (available to shippers in FC) and ‘Freight Orders for Reporting’ (available for carriers in FC) are replaced by the new app and are planned to be deprecated in May 2026.
