	Display Remaining Time for Line Items in Bid Console for Guided Sourcing Auctions and Competitive RFPs [SOURCE-2544] This feature enables buyers to view the remaining time for line items and lots within the Bid Console page and is applicable to guided sourcing events such as English forward auctions, English reverse auctions, and competitive RFPs.

	AI Copilot Joule in Guided Sourcing [SOURCE-2725] Joule, SAP's generative AI copilot, is now available in guided sourcing. Joule uses a conversational interface to help users complete tasks efficiently. It leverages generative and other AI technologies to understand natural language requests, identify intent, perform actions, and provide insights. Using generative AI, it can execute tasks, deliver tailored responses, and summarize information effectively. 	Category Risk Assessment [ARBCATA-489] This feature enhances the risk assessment tool within the strategy and plan document by enabling category management administrators to define standardized risk types that must be evaluated across purchasing categories.
	Migrate to User Group–Based Access for SAP Ariba Category Management Tenants [ARBCATA-509] This feature enables you to migrate user access management for SAP Ariba Category Management tenants from role collection–based access managed through the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) to a user group–based access model leveraging SAP Cloud Identity Services. 	Ability to Select Tool Documents for AI-generated Category Strategy Recommendations [CATMAN-16] This feature allows you to select specific Cost Structure and Market Dynamics documents to generate AI-driven recommendations for category strategy in SAP Ariba Category Management. You can generate tailored recommendations by selecting documents that align AI insights with your business goals. This saves time on revisions and accelerates strategy development.
	Integration of SAP Build Process Automation for Workflow Management in SAP Ariba Category Management [CATMAN-197] This feature integrates SAP Ariba Category Management with SAP Build Process Automation to enable workflow integration and manage workflow-related email notifications. It replaces the SAP Workflow Management service previously used for this purpose. With this integration, email notifications are automatically sent to approvers and the strategy and plan document owner when there is a change in the phase of the strategy and plan document. This enhancement provides a more efficient and consistent approach to managing approval workflows.
	Improved Spend Data Integration Setup for SAP Ariba Category Management [CATMAN-402] This enhancement simplifies the process of integrating spend data from SAP Spend Control Tower or the spend data sync capability into SAP Ariba Category Management by significantly reducing manual setup steps.
	Ability to Add and Manage Attachments on Initiatives [CATMAN-442] This feature enables category managers to add files and links directly to initiatives. Category managers can include relevant supporting information, such as documents, links, or references, directly at the initiative level to improve collaboration and increase visibility across the team.
	Ability to Add Multiple Tool Documents to a Strategy and Plan in SAP Ariba Category Management [CATMAN-454] This feature allows you to add multiple tool documents of the same analysis tool to a strategy and plan document, enhancing flexibility in category management analysis. You can now add multiple Cost Structure and Market Dynamics documents, each configured for different categories, regions, and business units to a strategy and plan document. This enables you to customize and compare analysis for better decision-making.
	Ability to Create and Use Custom Strategy and Plan Tools With Attachment Templates [CATMAN-469] This feature allows category management administrators to create a custom strategy and plan tool and add a document template to it in the Manage Configurations app of SAP Ariba Category Management. The custom strategy and plan tool provides category managers with a standardized template when creating strategy and plan documents in the Develop Strategy and Plan app. This allows category managers to access the document template, use it as reference according to the template's content, and upload their own documents directly within the tool.

	Displaying Comments when Updates are Requested for a Modular Questionnaire [SLP-2272] Modular questionnaires allow continuous updates or permanently close after the submitted answers are first approved or denied. Requesting an update reopens the questionnaire so that the recipient can update it once. When you request an update to a modular questionnaire and enter an (optional) comment about the update request, the comment along with its timestamp is now displayed in the Comments section of the modular questionnaire. For example, the comment is displayed in this manner: "UserXYZ has requested an update for questionnaireABC".

	Support for Centralized Payment in Purchase Orders Sent to SAP Business Network [PROC-1008] Multiple Sold -To address can be mapped to single bill to address, thus enabling centralized payment when a purchase order that is created in the SAP Ariba solution is sent to SAP Business Network. Sold To address can be maintained in the SoldToBillToMapImport.csv mapping file that enables this new field to be included in the cXML file for POs.
	Prepackaged Reports for Virtual Card Orders [PROC-1011] The Virtual Card Reports folder contains the prepackaged reports for virtual card orders, Virtual Card Charges Load Report, Virtual Card Charge Reconciliation Report, and Virtual Card Charge Exception Report.
	New User Group for Virtual Card Orders [PROC-1020] With this feature, only users belonging to the new user group Ad Hoc Vendor Agent can use ad hoc vendor when adding non-catalog line items to a requisition.
