Steps for Existing Carriers to Connect with SAP Business Network for Logistics

 

If you already have an account on SAP Business Network for Logistics and wish to connect with a shipper using your existing account, follow these steps:

 

Make Your Profile Public

• Ensure that your company profile is set to "Public." This allows shippers to search for and connect with you.

 

Locate Your LBN ID

• Find the Logistics Business Network (LBN) ID of your account. This unique identifier is crucial for your shipper to initiate the connection.

 

Share Your LBN ID with Your Shipper

• Provide your LBN ID to your shipper so they can initiate the connection from their side.

Accept Connection Request from Your Shipper

• Once your shipper sends you a connection request, go to "Manage Invitations" app and click on "Accept".
• If you set up your account to auto-accept all connection requests, the request will be automatically accepted.
