  New Supplier Profile Summary [NGSM-2959]
This feature introduces a new profile summary for suppliers in SAP Ariba Supplier Management solution.  It provides an enhanced user experience that leverages the latest SAP capabilities, including a new Operational Score panel with data from integrated S/4 HANA operational KPIs if available.
Note: This feature is not available for SAP Ariba Supplier Risk customers at this time.
2402
New SAP Business Network Registration Flow for SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance and SAP Ariba Sourcing Suppliers [NS-23667]
This feature brings an updated network registration experience for responding to supplier management questionnaires and sourcing events. The improved user experience for suppliers aligns with the previously implemented changes for walk-up suppliers and buyers invitation using trading relationship request.
Availability of this feature has been delayed. Please check this page for updates on availability.
2402
Ability to Download SAP Region Code Data [SM-35659]
This feature adds the ability to download current SAP region code data in T005U and T005S files from your SAP Ariba site, and adds default data in new sites deployed after the SAP Ariba 2312 release. Customers integrated with non-SAP ERP systems can download and customize these files to create and upload their own region code data with the correct formatting. The Region field in Extended Address and (optionally) the State/Province/Region field in Address questions use this data, ensuring that address answers in supplier management questionnaires include region codes that are valid in an integrated ERP system.
2402
Updating Process Status to "In Progress" When Process Renewal is Triggered [SM-38755]
This feature adds a supplier management parameter that, when enabled, updates the status of a supplier qualification process to "In progress" when you renew the process.
2402
Prepopulate Matrix Values from Intake Form Into Modular Questionnaires [SM-38756]
This feature introduces an enhancement that prepopulates matrix values (commodities, regions, departments, and material) in modular questionnaires with entries from the intake form when process initiators create a qualification or miscellaneous process.
2402
Trigger Approval Tasks Based on Registration Questionnaire Updates Made Using the Supplier Data API with Pagination [SM-41124]
This feature enables you to trigger approval tasks based on registration questionnaire updates made using the /answers endpoint of the Supplier Data API with Pagination. Previously, this option was available only for modular questionnaire updates.
2402
Enhancement to the questionnaires Endpoint of Supplier Data API With Pagination to Fetch Total Score Related Data [SM-41265]
This feature enhances the existing questionnaires endpoint of the Supplier Data API with Pagination. This enhancement allows you to fetch total score related data about modular supplier management questionnaires.
2402
API to Obtain and Update Project Team Members in Supplier Management Projects [SM-41768]
This feature adds an API that allows you to retrieve and modify project team members. Using the API, you can then add team members as approvers in supplier management projects such as supplier request, supplier registration, supplier qualification, and more.
2402
Improvements to the Automatic Start of Supplier Registration Feature [SM-41780]
With this feature, supplier registrations are started automatically in the following two situations:
-when primary supplier contacts are added or imported for the very first time into SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, and
-when supplier requests are externally approved in an integrated SAP Master Data Governance - Suppliers (MDG-S) system, and confirmed in SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance

Improved Accessibility in SAP Ariba Supplier Risk [ARI-20183]
The SAP Ariba Supplier Risk user interface has improved accessibility enhancements including keyboard shortcuts, screen reader functionality, color contrast, and tooltips.
 2402
Bulk Engagement Request Creation and Corresponding Actions [ARI-21867]
This feature allows you to create and work with multiple engagement requests. Enter business details once and specify a list of suppliers. The result is a new engagement request created for each supplier with the same set of business details. Responsible users can then perform bulk approval of engagement requests and also send assessments in bulk to those suppliers. After you create bulk engagement requests, you can perform further actions on the engagement requests from the Actions tile on the SAP Ariba Supplier Risk dashboard. Selecting the Bulk Approval of Engagement Requests action or the Bulk Send Assessment action on the Action queue, brings up a list of engagement requests that were created in bulk.
 2402
Simplified Provisioning for Finding and Event Collaboration [NGSM-4865]
If you want to enable the Finding and Event Collaboration feature for the first time, this feature allows you to request provisioning through your SAP for Me account. This automatic provisioning replaces manual steps to connect your SAP Ariba site to SAP Business Technology Platform and provision SAP Ariba Supplier Management, simplifying the setup process for Finding and Event Collaboration.
