Additional Supplier Contact Information on Multi-Line Request for Quotes [GB-28422] This feature enables you to have more visibility and control with suppliers when you submit a request for quote (RFQ). Previously, supplier contact information on RFQs included only the name and email address, and RFQs were sent to all of the supplier's contacts. You might have needed additional contact information and the wrong contacts might have received the RFQ. Now, the supplier contact information includes the name, email address, and phone number, and optionally, RFQs can be sent to the primary contact and Bid/Proposal Managers. |

Multi-Line RFQ Tiles Support "allowSubcategory" [GB-24203] Tiles for new-style RFQs now support the allowSubcategory attribute, which allows users to select a more specific product or service. RFQs containing multiple lines allow users to select different codes for each line. Automated User Experience Survey in Guided Buying [GB-24766] This feature introduces automated surveys on the guided buying home page to collect data about the user experience. A survey automatically appears on the home page if the user is inactive for two minutes, and if a response isn't recorded the survey keeps appearing until the questions are answered. The questions on the survey change every 90 days, but they only need to be answered once per user. The data gathered from the surveys is used by the SAP Central Design team to make decisions about how guided buying can be improved. |
