This feature adds a message board panel to guided sourcing full projects, which allows you to communicate with internal project team members and external supplier contacts more efficiently.
When creating a full project in the current guided sourcing application a user is not able to interact with the team using the message board.
With this feature, a full project in guided sourcing will now have a section where user can interact with the team, create a thread message, or post a message from email to the project application.

This feature is supported in the classic SAP Ariba Sourcing user interface and the guided sourcing user interface. To use this feature in the guided sourcing user interface, your site must have guided sourcing enabled and you must be a member of the Category Buyer group.
Do not include sensitive personal data (for example, social security numbers) or personal data (for example, phone numbers) in messages or attachments posted to the message board as defined in the Data clause in the SAP Ariba and Fieldglass Supplemental Terms and ConditionsInformation published on SAP site. Message board content is not stored with appropriate data protection measures for personal data.
