This feature allows you to expand your organization's purchasing options by allowing users to search for products on Amazon Business from within SAP Ariba Buying, SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, and guided buying.
Spot Buy currently supports 2 sources of content: marketplace content through Search APIs and CIF catalogues uploaded to Maximus Seller. When a purchaser submits a search request, Spot Buy presents results from the relevant marketplace and network sellers. Punch out catalogues are NOT supported. This limits Spot Buy’s business value to customers because many suppliers will only use punch out.
This feature will operationalize punchout to expand marketplace partners, users will be able to utilize suppliers’ search API, and there will be easier catalog maintenance for suppliers.

- Voor begeleid inkopen met SAP Ariba Buying en SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing is voor deze functie de functie voor begeleid inkopen vereist.
- Als u Spot Buy wilt instellen en configureren, moet u lid zijn van de groep Spot Buy-beheerder.
- U moet een Amazon Business-PunchOut hebben ingesteld die hetzelfde e-mailadres gebruikt als dat u in het SAP Ariba-systeem gebruikt. U moet de beheerder van Amazon Business zijn.
- Uw betalingsgegevens worden ingesteld binnen uw Amazon Business-account.
- Als dit de eerste keer is dat u een Spot Buy Marketplace instelt, moet u beginnen met het instellen van de Spot Buy-functie voor uw organisatie. Als Spot Buy al is ingesteld, kunt u direct naar Amazon Business gaan als een Spot Buy-contentbron.
Deze functie is momenteel alleen beschikbaar in de Verenigde Staten.
