This feature adds the Component Shipment report type in Excel for buyers and suppliers who are enabled for SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration. This feature also adds more functionality to the Open Orders report type for both buyers and suppliers.

In cases where hundreds of components are shipped every month, suppliers cannot go in to each item of the worklist individually. Additionally, SAP Ariba has customers who consider their order closed for business not only for fully invoiced but fully received and fully shipped. With current options it is not possible to filter which is a problem for the customer experience.

This feature provides a centralized way to see information related with component shipments, and also provides the ability to exclude fully received and fully shipped orders.
