This feature enables buyers to use traffic light auctions in guided sourcing.
Buyer cannot understand how good one supplier bid is relative to another within an auction.
With this feature, buyers can use traffic light functionality in guided sourcing to understand supplier bids with respect to a range of values defined by the buyer.

This feature is supported only in the guided sourcing user interface. This feature adds support in guided sourcing for traffic light auctions. The SAP Ariba Sourcing classic user interface also supports traffic light auctions, as described in Event type: auctions.
Your site must have guided sourcing enabled and you must be a member of the Category Buyer group.
You must be the event owner or have project owner capabilities for the event.
Traffic light bidding is supported in English reverse auctions.
You must set the event rule Enable traffic light bidding to Yes to use traffic light auctions.
