This feature enables buyers to enclose the content of their guided sourcing events in different envelopes. Participant responses are not revealed until the envelopes are opened. In this way, buyers can have an unbiased evaluation of participant responses.

Problems with fraud and bribery exist throughout the process of tendering and awarding business. This happens when technical and commercial proposals are visible to event users at the same time.
By using multiple envelope bidding, customers can separate technical and commercial information in different envelopes and set team access as to who can view the contents. By ensuring that technical evaluation is completed before commercial bids are exposed, customers can ensure that only qualified suppliers (bids) are awarded.

サイトで Guided Sourcing が有効化されており、[カテゴリバイヤー] グループのメンバである必要があります。
イベントオーナーであるか、イベントのプロジェクトオーナー機能を持っている必要があります。
開封された封筒の品目のみを落札することができます。
ルートセクションのみを封筒に割り当てることができます。封筒に含めるその他の種類の内容は、ルートセクションに含まれている必要があります。
Guided Sourcing プロジェクトには、最大 9 つの封筒のみを含めることができます。
イベントルール [却下した封筒入札の開封を許可する] が [はい] に設定されている場合は、以下の制限が適用されます。
- 却下した封筒を再有効化および開封できるのは、イベントの状況が [回答の確認] であり、イベント内のすべての封筒が開封されている場合のみです。
- 却下した封筒が再有効化されて開封されると、その封筒は却下できなくなります。
- [却下した封筒の再有効化] グループのユーザーのみが、却下した封筒を再有効化および開封することができます。
オークションなどの競争的イベントで封筒入札を使用するには、パラメータ [競争的イベントに対して封筒を有効化する] (Application.AQS.RFX.EnableEnvelopeForCompetitiveEvent) を [はい] に設定する必要があります。
