This SOAP web service allows customers to create a sourcing quick project or guided sourcing single-event project using information contained in a set of .csv files. This functionality can be used to create a sourcing event in a full project, from an unused Document Choice document (which acts as a placeholder) or an ad hoc sourcing event (a sourcing event that is not created from a Document Choice document).
