ARI-12974
This feature adds a new SR Project Questionnaire Response reporting fact. Ultimately this will replace the SR Project Survey Response reporting fact.
The changes from ARI-11490 and ARI-11492 introduced the new "SR Project Questionnaire Response" fact table and corresponding data loads. These data loads were checked in disabled by default to avoid disruption. This feature is to enable the data loads for all customers.
This toggle introduces more accurate and seamless analytical reporting for customers using Supplier Risk.

Added support for analytical reporting on supplier risk questionnaire responses
Existing Supplier Risk user groups, such as Supplier Risk Engagement Requestor, Supplier Risk Engagement Governance Analyst, Supplier Risk Engagement Expert, and Supplier Risk Manager, do not have any analytical reporting permissions. To run, create, or publish analytical reports, users must also belong to a user group that grants them those permissions. For details on the global user groups that grant analytical reporting permissions, refer to the Strategic sourcing and supplier management group descriptions.
Supplier Risk Project Questionnaire Response data is not subject to reporting data access controls. For details, see the Reporting Fact Reference.
