• Only existing customers from North, Central, and South America can switch the SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network data center from Europe to US. This is a one-time switch available to the account administrator only, and the user cannot switch back to the Europe Data Center as this action cannot be reversed.

Note: All other users who have access to the SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network configuration screen can view information on the US data center availability. However, the option to initiate the data center switch will not be available to them.

• Customers who are registered on Ariba China Network continue to point to the SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network data center in China as it is an exclusive network. The provision to switch data centers will not be available for these customers. If a customer is not registered on Ariba China Network, even if their country/region is set to China in their company profile, they will point to the Europe Data Center.
• When switching the SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network data center, there is no data migration between the data centers during the switching process. Any transactions posted before the switching process ends will remain in the earlier data center, while postings made after the switch is completed will be saved in the new data center.
• If a user has a test account and has the necessary permission to switch the data center, the user must first switch the data center in the Test account. Only after that, the user will be permitted to switch the data center in the Production account.
