This feature supports the integration of DocuSign eSignature data with quality inspection results from Ariba Network. The digital signature information is integrated with the inspection lot (as an attachment and URL) in your SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA system.

Digital signature has become a way to guarantee the authenticity of the information in digital commerce across industries and is a key regulation for certain industries and business processes e.g. Quality Inspection in Life Science Industries. The ability to integrate such digital signature information with inspection lot in buyer's backend ERP is not available for customers using quality collaboration.

A buyer is able to display digital signature information as an attachment and URL pointing to Digital Signature Envelope from within the inspection log in the backend ERP without having to login to Ariba Network.
