What has changed about SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Mapping Tool offerings for Purchase Requisition (PR) Real Time Budget Check, Submit and Revert functionality as part of CIG September 2021 release?

CIG Mapping Tool had a limitation to support custom mapping tool based customizations for two of the document types namely RequisitionBudgetCheckExportRequest and RequisitionRevertBudgetToEarlierVersionExportRequest used in PR functionality in an out of the box flow from Ariba Procurement > CIG > ERP . Only PR Submit functionality was supported using CIG Mapping Tool prior to September 2021 release.
As part of CIG 21st September weekly release, CIG Mapping Tool started to support customizations for RequisitionBudgetCheckExportRequest (Budget Check), RequisitionBudgetRevertBudgetToEarlierVersionExportRequest (Revert requisition to previous version) along with RequisitionRealTimeBudgetExportRequest (Requisition Submit) to help customers needs.
With the above release, you will see below changes in CIG Mapping tool around PR mapping functionality:

RequisitionBudgetCheckExportRequest document type is now available in CIG Mapping tool for any custom mappings to be maintained for PR Budget Check functionality.
Existing RequisitionExportRequest document type mapping tool mappings have been migrated to a new document type named RequisitionRealTimeBudgetExportRequest. Please use RequisitionRealTimeBudgetExportRequest for any new custom mappings to be maintained for PR Submit functionality.
RequisitionRevertBudgetToEarlierVersionExportRequest document type is now available for customizations around PR Revert functionality.

Note: RequisitionExportRequest will still be seen on CIG Mapping tool, however please avoid using it for any new customizations and use individual document types listed above.
