This feature allows buyers to add service items, such as items for consulting or maintenance services, to a guided sourcing event. These service items can be organized into a structural hierarchy that contains service lines, service outlines, and service specifications.

Before this feature, customers who wanted to source complex services in guided sourcing were unable to do so since service hierarchies were not supported.
Using this feature, customers can source complex services in guided sourcing by either creating service content through the UI or from ERP RFQ integration.

服務階層的最大層級由參數 Application.AQS.RFX.Services.MaxHierarchyDepth 決定，這需要由 SAP Ariba Support 設定。此參數的預設值為 5，表示服務階層可具有服務細目級別、最多四個層級的服務概述和多個服務規格。
服務細目和服務規格可以具有條款，但服務概述不包含任何條款。
引導式尋源不支援標價分析中服務項目的成本細分。
