This feature allows buyers to add service items, such as items for consulting or maintenance services, to a guided sourcing event. These service items can be organized into a structural hierarchy that contains service lines, service outlines, and service specifications.

Before this feature, customers who wanted to source complex services in guided sourcing were unable to do so since service hierarchies were not supported.
Using this feature, customers can source complex services in guided sourcing by either creating service content through the UI or from ERP RFQ integration.

要累计备选投标中服务层次的定价，必须将参数累积备选投标中的条款值 (Application.AQS.RFX.RollupAlternativeAttributeValue) 设置为是。
您的管理员可以在 Ariba Administrator 中的智能配置管理器 管理配置下设置此参数。
事件模板必须定义服务行和服务规格。您还可以在模板中为服务行和服务规格添加条款。有关条款的详细信息，请参阅关于定义选项卡（项目定义模板）中的“服务项目和服务层次”。
服务层次的最大级别由参数 Application.AQS.RFX.Services.MaxHierarchyDepth 确定，该参数需要由 SAP Ariba 支持配置。此参数的默认值为 5，这意味着服务层次可以具有服务行级别、最多四个级别的服务概述以及多个服务规格。
服务行和服务规格可以具有条款，但服务概述不包含任何条款。
引导式寻源不支持投标分析中服务项目的成本细分。
