This feature allows buyers to add service items, such as items for consulting or maintenance services, to a guided sourcing event. These service items can be organized into a structural hierarchy that contains service lines, service outlines, and service specifications.

Before this feature, customers who wanted to source complex services in guided sourcing were unable to do so since service hierarchies were not supported.
Using this feature, customers can source complex services in guided sourcing by either creating service content through the UI or from ERP RFQ integration.

サイトで Guided Sourcing が有効化されており、[カテゴリバイヤー] グループのメンバである必要があります。
イベントオーナーであるか、イベントのプロジェクトオーナー機能を持っている必要があります。
機能 CUP-15731: Sourcing and Contracts でのサービス階層のサポートがサイトで有効化されている必要があります。この機能を有効にするには、指定されたサポート担当者に連絡してケース (SR) を提出してください。
代案入札でサービス階層の価格設定を累計するには、パラメータ代案入札の条件値を累計する (Application.AQS.RFX.RollupAlternativeAttributeValue) を [はい] に設定する必要があります。
管理者は、Ariba システム管理者のインテリジェント設定マネージャ 設定の管理でこのパラメータを設定できます。
イベントテンプレートには、[サービス明細] および [サービス仕様] が定義されている必要があります。テンプレートにサービス明細およびサービス仕様の条件を追加することもできます。条件の詳細については、[定義について] タブ ([品目定義テンプレート]) の「サービス品目およびサービス階層」を参照してください。
サービス階層の最大レベルは、パラメータ Application.AQS.RFX.Services.MaxHierarchyDepth によって決定されます。このパラメータは、SAP Ariba サポートが設定する必要があります。このパラメータの初期値は 5 です。つまり、サービス階層には、サービス明細レベル、最大 4 レベルのサービス概略、および複数のサービス仕様を含めることができます。
サービス明細およびサービス仕様には条件を含めることができますが、サービス概略には条件は含まれません。
Guided Sourcing では、入札分析におけるサービス品目のコストの内訳はサポートされていません。
