SM-30017
This feature introduces support for the partitioned supplier data used in SAP Ariba Procurement solutions, such as supplier locations, remittance locations, currency, account type, and payment methods, in supplier data managed in SM Administration. Business partners replicated from SAP S/4HANA Cloud to SAP Ariba applications are automatically converted into common and partitioned suppliers, supplier locations, and remittance locations based on your configuration settings and pushed to SAP Procurement solutions for use in guided buying requisitions.
Most of our customers use guided buying/ procurement for managing indirect buying/invoicing use cases. Today, when SAP Ariba Supplier Management (new architecture)/ SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance is enabled, there is no direct integration for supplier data between SAP Ariba Supplier Management / SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and guided buying/ procurement for partition suppliers. This is a pre-requisite for supporting any procurement process (requisitioning, purchase ordering/invoicing). To support this, every customer has to adopt multiple workarounds and customization in the ERPs (to store system ID ACMID, enhance the Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) program to read ACMID) and replicate the partition data via interface (ERP to guided buying/ procurement). This brings a lot of inefficiencies around creating duplicates in multiple systems, etc.
This feature provides consistent supplier master data consumption via a single source (SAP Ariba Supplier Management) for SAP Ariba applications to run end-to-end source-to-pay processes. This feature provides native integration for supplier master data between SAP Ariba applications which eliminates customizations in the back end and removes inefficiencies around duplicate records getting created with multiple interfaces. This feature also reduces operational effort in maintaining manual interfaces (CSV) to replicate supplier information to SAP Ariba Procurement.

SAP Ariba Procurement ソリューションサイトは、以下である必要があります。

- 単一バリアント設定または 1 つの子サイトのみを含む multi-ERP 設定。サイトで multi-ERP 設定が使用されている場合は、親サイトと子サイト間でサプライヤデータが完全に同期され、両方のサイトで SAP バリアントが使用される必要があります。
- パッケージ統合済み。
- SAP Master Data Integration (MDI) を使用して SAP S/4HANA Cloud と統合されます。MDI 統合の前提条件については、「MDI を使用した SAP S/4HANA Cloud とのサプライヤデータ統合について」を参照してください。SAP Ariba Procurement ソリューションサイトに multi-ERP 設定がある場合、この統合にはキーマッピングが含まれている必要があります。
この機能には、以下の制限があります。
- 現在、サイトにサプライヤデータがロードされている既存の SAP Ariba のお客様は、この機能を利用できません。これは、SAP Master Data Integration (MDI) (SM-30016) 機能を使用した SAP S/4HANA Cloud とのサプライヤデータ統合の範囲内の新しい展開でのみ使用することができます。
- この機能では、SAP Ariba Buying の Guided Buying 機能 (2NV) スコープアイテムで定義されている Guided Buying 購入申請がサポートされます。このスコープ外の購買取引はサポートされていません。スコープの詳細については、SAP S/4HANA Cloud Sourcing and Procurement 文書のこの説明を参照してください。
- 現在、ベストプラクティスは、SAP S/4HANA Cloud からの複製を使用して SAP Ariba でサプライヤを作成することです。SAP Ariba ソリューションでサプライヤを作成または更新することは推奨されません。
- 追加のサプライヤの種類の未指定のサプライヤおよびワンタイムベンダはサポートされていません。
- 代理受取人および許可された受取人はサポートされていません。
- PeopleSoft およびシンプル汎用バリアントを使用するサイトはサポートされていません。SAP バリアントのみがサポートされています。
- 現在、ベストプラクティスは、SAP S/4HANA Cloud からの複製を使用して SAP Ariba でサプライヤを作成することです。 SAP Ariba で登録されたサプライヤの SAP S/4HANA Cloud への同期はサポートされていません。
