I am not receiving Critical Incident notifications
When will I be notified of a Critical Incident?
You will be notified via email of any Disruptions and Degradations which may potentially impact your business. These notifications will be sent as soon as the issue is discovered by SAP Support.
For Functional Degradations, email notifications are only sent to customers who subscribe to updates.
