How do I manage Critical Incident notification subscriptions?

You can manage your notification subscription preferences in Ariba Connect by going to Administration & more > Subscriptions. 

To receive issue updates via email during the critical incident, you will need to subscribe to the incident. To subscribe, navigate to the critical incident and click the Subscribe to Updates button at the top right.
