OPEC-7064

An API/realm combination is typically limited to a single application. This feature enables customer developers to submit a support request to associate an additional application with an auto-enabled API/realm combination that already has an application. Based on the reason specified in the support request, SAP Ariba Support decides whether to approve or reject the request.

Many of our APIs are auto-enabled which does not limit the number of applications a user/customer can create to use the API. Having no oversight on the creation of applications allows customers to make redundant applications and API calls and introduces inefficiencies. These duplicate applications and API calls could potentially impact the performance experienced by the customers.

Allows customers the choice to create approval reviews for additional apps so that the rate limits remain enforced and API availability stays high.
